A beautiful resort!

Cleanliness, grounds, care of beach and facilities is absolutely amazing. All Al a Cartes we tried were very good to excellent. Although reservation system like every other Resort chain, is an issue... Buffets are good but repetitive. Drawbacks... Caribe Lobby Bar should be open. Not everyone wants to sit in a large sports bar with bowling alley to have a relaxing drink. The only other options is at beach or other resorts. Install pop stands in Strikers like the Beach grills. The bartenders are busy enough trying to make drinks then having kids lined up for pop and juice. Rooms are a little dated but more than sufficient. A great time and would recommend especially to families. End the towel/chair game. Poste and instructions staff to remove unattended or abandoned items saving seats for hours at a time. Bus system is excellent but should run until dinner hours and shows are over.

Great property overall. Pools and beaches were amazing. Rooms are a little outdated but clean, safe, and well-kept. Food was nothing to write home about and quite disappointing. Service was top notch and amazing, staff was very accommodating.

Kevin at the bowling alley in Strikers Barceló Maya was amazing super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience way more fun. Great service!
