Ventus at El Cid was an absolute dream vacation for my family and I! We went over New Year's to celebrate my 40th birthday as well as my daughter's 7th birthday. We stayed in a platinum family swim out room that was spacious and served our needs as a family of five. The BEST perk were the services our butlers, Gonzo and Enrique, offered. Golf cart rides to dinner, birthday decorations and cake, custom pillow menu, custom aromatherapy menu, constant ice bucket refills for my husband lol and the list continues! We had a very early morning departure (5am!) and Enrique arranged luggage pick-up and room service coffee the night before so that it was waiting for us in the morning. 20/10 customer service, from start to finish!

Gonzo and Enrique were our butlers for the week and made us feel very welcome. They kept us on top of the activities for the week and did a great job coordinating our transportation back to the airport

Our family group of 16 stayed at Ventus over Christmas week. The trip was amazing. We had 6 rooms around the resort, 2 of which were platinum swim outs. Our butler, Gonzo, was absolutely fantastic. My dad has some health issues, making it difficult for him to walk across the resort to restaurants, etc. Gonzo helped with golf cart transport for us, kept our rooms stocked with drinks suitable for a diabetic, and checked on us daily to see what he could do to help. I'm coming back in March and will be sure to request his services again! Carlos Umberto (poolside server) came to our swim out pool daily with drinks - by the second day, he knew our order and kept them coming! Jose and Ruben (concierge) were great to work with for reservations and upgrade requests. WONDERFUL service, second to none. Food is great, we feel safe on the property, the cleaning staff is perfection. Definitely recommend!

Had a great week at Ventus. Beautiful view, well maintained grounds. Rooms were large and clean, daily maid service, stocked fridge. The restaurants were all amazing, and Stephanie made my daily omelette to order with a smile! Excellent service from our butlers Luis and Manuel- who took care of all our needs. Our concierge Hilario kept us informed of daily events, and answered any questions we had. Another wonderful week with friends!

We stayed at the El Cid resort in Port Morales. The resort was absolutely beautiful. The food was excellent, but most importantly the staff was so warm, welcoming and polite, especially our Butler‘s Ivan, Alejandro, and Alfredo. They took very, very good care of us.
