Another FANTASTIC Vacation

We stayed at the Ventus hotel for 2 weeks Nov 16-30, 2024 and had another great holiday! Yes, we've stayed here over 10 times and will keep coming back!! 1. The food selection is amazing with 10 a la carte restaurants, a coffee shop, wide selections at the buffets, and our favourite, the Dolores foodcourt. 2. The staff!!!!!!! Everyone is so friendly and works SO hard to make your stay the best ever. Butlers Are Mendez and Angel Zeferino go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Are, without us asking him to (it was just a conversation about us renting a car for the day), even checked on us when he didn't see us out front on the morning of our trip (we had cancelled the night before). Marco, our waiter at breakfast (we ask to sit in his section) is so friendly and remembers what you order each day and is so efficient at his job. They really care about their guests! 3. The resort is clean and exceptionally well taken care of and the beach area, which was damaged by 2 hurricanes a few years back is looking great! They've put in barriers to build up the beachfront and the results are better than expected. There's no more rocks and kids can now play in the shallow water and watch the fish. I've never seen so many people enjoying the ocean! 4. The rooms and beds are really comfortable and you don't hear noise from next door guests. You have access to all the pools, bars, restaurants and amenities around the Marina, Ventus, and Ha hotel areas: either by walking or taking a golf cart. I can't say enough about this wonderful resort. Don't hesitate to stay here on your next vacation!!
