We had the BEST time at this resort! The grounds are stunning, and we had a gorgeous 2 bedroom lock off. But the best part was the staff - every single person that we encountered treated us like royalty! Our Butlers were Manuel Diaz and Are Mendez - they were kind, responsive, and made us feel special every single day (and it is hard to go back to real life without them ??). The restaurants and bars were also fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!

We really love El Cid Porto Morelos. It is our happy place. Manuel Diaz and Are Mendez were our butlers this trip. We have been members for almost 9 years and we will be requesting them on future trips. They made all of our reservations at the requested time and truly allowed us to relax and enjoy
