Great place for a conference.

Fantastic Resort. Location, rooms, dining and on site amenities were awesome. Loved that they provided surfboards and wetsuits to use.

Beautiful view and location but fell a bit short

While I was happy with check in with Lindsay, getting upgraded to an oceanfront room and welcome drink, the rest was disappointing. No kleenex in the room. Water took 10 min to get warm. Food options not great. When I asked, I was told about restaurants outside the hotel. Did not get served at the bar with the bartender walking past me waiting on the men at the bar. One of them actually told him I had been waiting. Not great vegetarian options. Didn't have the wine I wanted though on the menu. Most everything is next door at Seabird where the bar with server Phoenyx and Tanner at Piper was amazing. Cant beat the location and view. Staff Jada abd Lindsay great but would opt for Seabird next time

Worst experience in Hyatt. Suggest staying in Seabird.

I booked this stay specifically to celebrate two significant occasions: Valentine’s Day and my wife’s birthday. We chose your property expecting a high standard of luxury and service fitting for such a celebration. Unfortunately, the experience was riddled with operational failures from start to finish, completely ruining our plans. 1. Unacceptable Condition of the First Room Upon checking into our initial room, it became immediately apparent that the room had not been properly inspected or prepared for guests: Curtains: The window curtains were partially uninstalled, compromising our privacy. Plumbing: There was a water leak in the bathroom. Minibar: The minibar had clearly not been replenished from the previous guest. 2. Issues with the Replacement Room After the inconvenience of having to move to a new room in the middle of our stay, we expected the second room to be flawless. It was not. Basic amenities were missing, including: No water bottles provided. No glassware provided. 3. Billing Errors and Unfulfilled Promises To resolve the initial service failures, your staff promised to waive the resort fee for our stay. However, upon checkout, I discovered that the fee was only waived for one day, not the duration of the stay as promised.

Gorgeous hotel ideal for a couples or business travel stay!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff amazing location, Highly recommend! One thing to note, if you’re bringing kids, the pool is suited for adults however you can walk across the street and use the sister hotels Pool, which is apparently very kid friendly versus this one.
