This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and for a very good reasons the location is very convenient the hotel is beautiful!! I made my reservation with Yvonne Ramos who always was very friendly, attentive and amazing! We stayed for a whole week we were a big group so we rent two rooms, the rooms were very clean, quiet either a nice view and very comfortable. They have a few restaurants with different kind of food for a different taste ee went to 3 of them and the food was delicious! All the people in the hotel are very friendly and respectful. On our way out we had the pleasure to met the Manager who wants to be sure our steady was what we expected and I have to say overall exceeded my expectations. Thank you Yvonne Thank you Fairmont Family, we can’t wait to be there again!!

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our engagement and we had the best time ever! The hotel was very luxurious, and the service was even better! Our concierge assistant Frances was extremely kind and accommodating due to our fight being delayed. Had a wonderful time!

My front desk check-in experience was awesome due to the knowledgeable Francisca (Francis). She is a huge asset to the Fairmont PR team and deserves to be recognized. My stay was perfect. Thx!

We had a story with room service, We left money in the room & they left us a note stating that this money was found in the room! instead of taking it. Which most hotels will do.... 5 star experience would recommend to anyone to stay here!

It costs over $400 for a room there. They require a $100 deposit for your stay. It has been over a week and I haven't seen my deposit credited back. Called many times and no one answers the accounting phone. Stay away
