Home flood needed a bed

Our valet was Jackson I believe along with Victor. Somehow these guys always knew to have our car ready. It was uncanny. And Keisha at the front desk made our experience amazing. Great hotel

Pretty hotel with awesome valet service!

kristi c (Dallas, Texas) on Aug 21, 2026

Great hotel - quiet, cute room and nice view of the bay. And the valet service is ON POINT! I forgot to text the code to have my car ready, but it didn’t matter because Jackson brought it to me literally within about 60 seconds. I was in a rush to get to a meeting, so the quick service was appreciated. Thank you Jackson!

Booked a standard room, was given a disability-accessible room — with no notice

grp261097 on Aug 19, 2026

I booked a regular room through the Bilt Credit Card app, but upon arrival I was assigned a room adapted for guests with disabilities, without any prior notice or my consent. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. My husband is 6’7”, and the space was practically unusable for someone his height — the dimensions and layout are designed for accessibility needs, not for an average guest. In addition, instead of a sofa there was only a chair, very different from what you’d expect from the room category I paid for. When I noticed the issue, I contacted the hotel directly, and they had no other rooms available to switch me to. I then filed a claim through my credit card company (the one I used to make the reservation), and the hotel responded that the room and amenities matched my reservation — which simply isn’t true. I booked a standard room, not an accessible one, and the two are noticeably different in layout and amenities. I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t acknowledge the error and instead insisted everything was in order, leaving me without any compensation for a room that didn’t match what I paid for. I’d recommend double-checking your room type at check-in and being prepared to push back if something doesn’t match your reservation.
