I was in Clearwater Beach for a family member's wedding Thanksgiving weekend and several of us stayed at this hotel in separate rooms (not a room block) and I would say this hotel is mediocre. The staff was friendly to me, especially the valet attendants. I think the location is good and the price tends to be cheaper since it's not on the water. The main lobby of the hotel is kept nice, but as another reviewer noted, when you go upstairs is when you notice the difference. My family and I were on the 7th and 8th floors. The hallway carpet was dirty and stained in several areas. The wallpaper in the rooms had white stains on them in all of our rooms, My room had dirt, dust, and someone's hair all over the place (gross). They definitely need to do a much better job of cleaning. Personally I would not stay here again.

Room was so spacious and simple yet sleep and modern. View from our room overlooked the pool and bar area which was well appreciated. All staff was helpful and friendly. The whole building and interior was beautiful and location was convenient. Can’t forget the valet!!! Kyle was very professional and polite and assisted us with any questions. Will definitely come back again!!!

Clete was the only person working on Friday evening and he was parking everyone valet cars, working the front desk. He was incredible, hope he is recognized for his work.

Clete the Valet driver was exceptional. He is such a hard worker and a super friendly and a very hard worker. We are really happy with our stay here. The staff are great

Quinn and Brian in valet were great! They made it very easy for us. Vehicle was pulled up and ready to go as soon as we got off the elevator.
