Pleasant Beach Getaway

Hotel is nice - open and airy feeling. Decorated modern and relaxing. Nice view of the intracoastal. Lobby bartender is very professional and fun. Easy walk to attractions and restaurants. Valets Collin and Richard were awesome-car was delivered before we arrived.

Five star stay!

Richard & Colin were great at valet and our stay was excellent. Bathroom fixtures were a real treat. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They are so back after the hurricanes! Loved that rain shower style shower; I felt like I was on island time!

AC for the holiday

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Loved that the beach was almost right outside the front doors. Our room was very clean & the housekeeping ladies did a fantastic job. The room felt so clean and fresh every day. We enjoyed the pool (drinks were really good) and the bar in the lobby. The valet staff were also really friendly & efficient.

Great bartender, comfortable rooms.

Wonderful time. This is my third visit for business . Everything you need plus the best bartender on the beach. Even if you’re not staying here, stop by for one of her amazing craft cocktails. They are Four Seasons/Ritz quality! The hotel is right near the beach and has nice views from some of the rooms.

The start of my visit was well until the manager was rude, unprofessional,and denial of basic necessities

During my recent stay at AC Hotel in Florida, I wanted to share some feedback. Mr. Nathan's exceptional customer service at the front desk was commendable. However, the limited availability of microwaves is an issue; placing one in high-traffic areas like the lobby or pool bar would be beneficial. Additionally, housekeeping should knock and introduce themselves before entering rooms to ensure guest privacy. Overall, the staff was friendly and understanding, but I had a negative experience with Ms. Michelle, the GM, whose handling of housekeeping matters was unprofessional and disrespectful, including unannounced room entries. I hope these suggestions help improve guest experiences.
