The front desk guy was so rude, I wanted to upgrade my room he rejected. And I found out there were so many available. The room I stayed was dirty and tub was disgusting-phone wasn’t working to order
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!

Terrible does not begin to describe my stay after I was left wondering what I paid for. I had booked a premium fallsview, 2 bedroom deluxe suite at the Hilton thinking that it was going to be a special night out. What I found out immediately upon arrival is that the quality and prestige one would expect from the Hilton does not apply here. When we arrived at 4 PM to check-in we were told that our room was not ready yet (we had pre selected the room) and were given the option of another room on another floor. We had booked a 50th floor suite (Room 5054) and wanted the view, we did not want to stay on a lower floor just because they were unable to keep up. We were told by the front desk staff that they would give us a call when our room was ready and to leave our items with the Bell desk which is what we did. The moment we walked out the front door (after leaving things with the Bell desk), they gave me a call to tell me my room was ready. I then had to go back to the Bell desk I just left to reclaim my luggage. As I was looking for my elevators, there was a woman in the lobby arguing with the Concierge because there was no parking available in the hotel. Apparently she was upset because her elderly mother had to walk down the street because the hotel had no more on-site parking. When we eventually found our elevators, we also found out that 2 elevators were down and there was a 20 minute wait to go up. When we did get an elevator to go up, it got stuck half way and we had to get out to get another elevator mid-way up. When we got to our room, the suite was alot tinier than expected and I was afraid to touch anything for fear I would need to pay for it. There was a note on the water bottles that they were $5.00 each if opened! When we went back down, we got stuck in an elevator after waiting 45 minutes for an elevator. Thankfully it opened back up and we got out (even though the elevator would not go anywhere). My mother has a minor disability (bad knees) and cannot easily do stairs. Unfortunately, we were now forced to walk down 9 stories to get out of the hotel because of elevator issues! When we went back to the hotel later in the evening, there was another massive line and 30 minute wait for the elevator! When we got back to the room we went to bed for fear of not being able to get back upstairs before 1 am! I did get $150.00 off the cost of the room but it was not worth it. I will never come back here again because it was very much not worth the money. There are other hotels in the area which are far more reasonably priced with a better experience. Go there, not here!
