I had the opportunity to stay on the Gold Floor this fall and we had a truly amazing experience. The staff are truly amazing. I am well-travelled and it takes alot to blow me away, but the staff here did. Via text, or in person in the Gold Lounge, we had every need met. Chloe was especially helpful. Our room was modern, CLEAN (in fact spotless) and cozy. We appreciated the cozy fireplace between the bedroom and sitting room (with pullout couch). The lobby was beautifully decorate in fall foliage and of course the Mallard Lounge is always a Whistler favourite. Book here, you will not be disappointed.

Had a fantastic stay here at the Fairmont-all staff very helpful and friendly- a big shout to Jack our driver/guide who took us to Brandywine falls and Alexandria falls, so knowledgeable and friendly -"HOLD ON TO HIM"??..Absolutely loved our time here in Whistler and would love to come back again to this hotel in the future...Room also very nice and housekeeping faultless. Thank you so much !!
