Starting with the minuses, food in this hotel is horrible. I think the owners don’t want to pay much so they serve bad prepared leftovers and you are always under the risk of poisoning. It’s also very dirty at the restaurant and birds and flies are in. Air conditioner is not working at the restaurant so it’s also very hot. The rooms are normally clean. The beach is adorable and not so many people there. The bar is serving a lot of delicious cocktails for free.

All staff at this hotel were very helpful with our large school party. They made every effort to solve issues rapidly and were well-prepared for our event. It would be advisable to check next time in case of dietary restrictions as many of our party could not eat the pork they served. But overall, a great location for our needs. Thank you!

We got eaten a live from our first night in bed... they said sand flys .. don't think so ... The front desk was not helpful... The Air Canada guy Pedro got our room changed... Flys every where in food, no sprite, no coke, no wine ...they run out of everything... The bartenders are so rude if your a female... Disgusting behavior... I have lost my love of CUBA. I am brutally honest don't come here.

Lovely clean room, no plug for bath or sink, excellent make service bottled water everyday, fridge and TV, safe and balcony. Take a travel kettle as none supplied. Hotel generally very clean, staff very good. They did run out of drinks but always offered an alternative, plenty of glasses plastic or glass, coffee was patchy and often only half a cup. Food was fine it is not European we always found something we liked, omelettes at breakfast freshly made with a smile. Staff do their best butter sometimes ran out. If you go down a little later the staff bring drinks to your table. English tea unobtainable. Labelling needs to be clearer. Entertainment was good in the evening. Gardens beautiful pool clean. Beach is good, sea clean but will strong tides. We won't go again because of the long flight. But hotel was good,, but do not expect European standards. We stayed in room 361.
