More than happy in Sirenis, I come back after more than a year and we are still pleased, we are aware of the situation in the country and the difficulties we could encounter, but we always feel very good in that fascinating place, its beach is a show, we always enjoyed it very much.

Today is my last day at the hotel with my husband celebrating our wedding anniversary, we really enjoyed the stay starting with our room which was decorated for us when we arrived, we had dinner at the restaurant and also at the buffet, we went out we met Varadero at night and we also enjoyed the show nights at the hotel, they were incredible days

The hotel is beautiful, a little old, with charming and pleasant staff, I really enjoy the shows and bars, I only had one problem with the cleanliness and it was resolved immediately, I loved spending time in the sea, in the pool bar and I also recommend the fusion restaurant that we were able to enjoy, very grateful

Stayed at this hotel after staying in Havana for round nights. The rooms were nice and airy, air conditioning was first class, bathroom was goodnight a decent shower. Overall the hotel was good, clean, good bars, run out of beers now and then but made do with something else. Superb beach and pools plenty of room but this is out of season so hotel far from full. Staff in the main bar, cleaners who cleaned the rooms and surrounding areas, and the reception staff were all very good. The ONLY complaint I have is the restaurant and food. Food was abysmal, okay if you like rice, fruit, bread, or some veg. Other than that there was one night when we had some chicken legs and that was it. The food was very poorly cooked in my opinion pasta, paella, being wheeled out night after night. Did have an Italian night where I had a pork steak but even this was way too tough. The staff were doing their best in difficult situations with flies aplenty in the dining area. So I wouldn't return to this hotel for the reasons giving of the dining experience I had there. I didn't expect it to be a A/I as you would get perhaps in Spain, Portugal or Italy but I found the dining experience quite poorly.

We were here last September and now we come back in June, we see a very big difference in everything rooms cleanliness, food quality, crew performance, the chairs, etc. We really appreciate the great work LERIDA has done to improve everything. She is always responsive Thank you so much Lerida.
