We Just returned from this hotel and were pleasantly surprised since our last visit in 2023. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. The hotel staff as always was amazing. Marlene and Anna at the pool bar on the royal side were amazing. Orestes and the pool staff were also outstanding. we Will definitely go back again. Our butlers, William and Ernesto, were very professional and attentive. they have been making upgrades to the grounds and service.

It is our very first time in Varadero Cuba and we believe we made the best decision staying a week in Paradisus Princesa Del Mel. The staff here are fantastic, enthusiastic and passionate! Thanks to Carols he is the entertainer team member and coached us for tennis, stretching and dancing during our stay. He is so energetic and made us feel being cared all the time! The room is clean and the service is perfect at all aspect and there are plenty of activities organized from day to midnight. We never felt bored at this resort and will definitely come back again.

This hotel has the most friendly welcoming staff and beautiful beaches. The food is good. The rooms are clean. The entertainment was excellent!

The most wonderful waitress/helper in the whole resort is Dayllen at the Rock Cafe!!! We had a wonderful time, the staff and entertainment was top notch and of course the Beaches were spectacular. The resort is very clean which, as a hygienist is incredibly important to me.

Far from Melia class. Far from 5 star delux We chose the best hotel in Varadero, based on previous stays at Melia hotels. Unfortunatly we were very dissapointed with Hotel, services and quality of food as well as very poor selection of drinks,,,
