Great staff. Entertainment is outstanding. Seek Andy on Entertainment team. He will have you dancing by the pool!! Great place. Beautiful beach,kilometres and kilometres of white soft sand. Very relaxing atmosphere. Tasty drinks. Most definitely a great place to be!

We love this resort and decided to return. So no complaints about the food or the service, but me and my family missed our return welcome. Last time other returing guests received a return welcome and we were told this is what this resort usually does. I guess we missed out this.

I would, recomend to come into this hotel, is has fun staff and very specious! We have enjoyed our stay at this resort so far. The food is amazing and the people that work here are very kind and very nice. We recomend for anybody to come and enjoy their time here.

Black mould on pillows, fire systems inactive (smoke alarms off, extinguishers empty, pull stations dismantled), a la carte was supposed to be seafood but instead we got rocks in our rice (5 plates). When we asked for drinkable water one of the Customer service agents told us to go buy our own water because he didn't feel like getting us any. I'd rather kick rocks than deal with that again.

This resort is by far the worst I have ever seen. The ran out of food while I wait for it in line for about 10-15 minutes, plastic in their drink, They had no towels for us for the beach. They had no snack at the snack bar by the beach and we got locked out of our room twice at night. They wont return us our money. Stay away from this resort.
