I've been a guest to starfish varadero hotel since 2020, it's been a wonderful experience, always had a good time, I recommend the resort if you want to have a great time away from winter, I can't wait to go back, to meet again the employees who are responsible for us to spend the best time ever.

GREAT TIME.. EXCELLENT STAFF [Especially rosa in reception].. read alot of terrible reviews before arriving and was very scared.. upon arrival that all changed. First impression said it all.. was amazingly kept very nice feel and the staff was so helpful always . And Food was beyond great and always available .. we tried to stay and I will be back

The staffs are so good specially Francisco and Richard. Highly Recommended to go here. The resort has a lot to offer aside from the beach to the entertainment at night. I am definitely coming back.

Francisco was an amazing waiter. Would always come here when I come to Cuba. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Cuba is so safe for solo travellers

The location and beach is the only beautiful thing I need to say very good on my review. However I hope the new hotel director just enter today change the atmosphere and the bedding items. Rooms are very old and need to be remodeled. Also. The bedding sheet were dirty and very old sometimes broken. Also, the bath towels are very old and dirty. There sound no good there. In the dinning room you see roaches walking the wall. The snacks at the swimming pool bar are poor and the bread very old. The staff was friendly but they can't resolve the problems because they don't have items or cleaning tools for the customers. So, I never come back to this hotel.
