Everything was great! rooms ,very clean service was great the chef from one of the restaurants even cook special dinner for our last it was so good. Only one complaint one day I order room service 3 times but never got deliver front desk apologize and ask how can they make it up but told them the apology was enough

The staff was so friendly, hospitable and courteous. The food was delicious. The desserts were impeccable. There was a variety of entertaintment and the ambience was festive and soothing.

Dreams Los Cabos was great, and the staff was excellent, especially Mercedes in the Preferred Beach Club. Generous and gracious, we really enjoyed his company.
