I have never written a review for a hotel, but this place is so unfortunate that I need to correct the bizarre number of 5 star reviews. So I’ll start with the only good thing. The grounds are pretty. Pretty in a sad inauthentic Disney kind of way, but pretty enough. The rest. The moment we checked I. We were sent to the “concierge” whose only job was to hard sell us on breakfast that would include a sales pitch for time shares. When we said we weren’t interested, she said she had no other information for us. We downloaded the app to try to book a reservation for one of the restaurants, which by the way since we were only staying three nights we were only entitled to one reservation, to find out there wasn’t one single reservation available at any of the restaurants for our entire stay. The buffet food was buffet food, which is to be expected at a big resort but if you can’t eat anywhere else it’s really not great. The beach was so crowded there were no chairs unless you wanted to upgrade to the premium club. And the pool wasn’t much better. The room was clean enough, except for the ants, but smelled like chlorine and the ac didn’t work well enough to cool it down even with the fan on.

The entire Entertainment Staff was fantastic! They had so dancing, laughing, playing fun games and making the most of our days. If you want to fill your days with fun and want a trip that has you running to reserve your pool chairs- this is the place and the staff to ensure it happens! And the food- so so good!
