Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, a Fairmont Managed Hotel

Great location and great service. They really care about your experience in Bermuda! We booked the Gold Package which is well worth it, since Bermuda is so expensive. I was personally floored at how well educated and well traveled all of the staff were. Even our housekeeper traveled to the States and to London and Paris on several occasions!

We stayed at the Hamilton Princess for a few nights several months ago. We had originally booked one of the gold level suites which upon arrival were told that our room wasn't ready yet. After a day exploring Hamilton, we returned to the hotel only to be told that we had been upgraded to the Penthouse. WOW! The room was amazing and included a very large bedroom, living room, beautiful bathroom, dining table for 8 and kitchen. All of this for two people. We were beyond thrilled and the staff within gold lounge was fantastic. Although I don't know why we were upgraded (and assume we likely wouldn't be again in the future) I would certainly stay at this property again. The gold lounge amenities made the stay that much better and everything was truly perfect.

We stayed at the Hamilton Princess for 5 nights in mid May. We were a family of 4 staying in a room with 2 queen beds. We found our room very comfortable and particularly appreciated the walk in closets which allowed us to keep all of our clothes and luggage organized. This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from downtown Hamilton which we liked because it allowed us to have a variety of restaurants available to us. In terms of the resort, we loved the infinity pool area. Even better was the private beach. It was a pleasant 20 minute shuttle ride away. At the beach, they have lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, change rooms, washrooms, and all non motorized water sports. We loved it! The views were absolutely stunning! Don't miss out on lying in the hammocks in the water! On another note, we paid extra to be part of the Gold Lounge. It was worth every penny. We especially loved the views of the marina while we ate breakfast on the terrace. Also, the customer service in the Gold Lounge was fantastic. Lytesia, George, Peter and Michael always had smiles on their faces and were helpful with anything we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend upgrading to the Gold Lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Princess and look forward to our return one day soon!

A Beautiful Hotel, great restaurants, excellent friendly staff. My only complaint was the carpet in our room needed to be updated. The views of the harbor we're Spectacular! We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
