We stayed at this hotel for a quick pit stop before we left Nashville and it was like entering a dream. The room was very clean, spacious and super comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous and welcoming! Would recommend

The last time I had stayed at this property was over 20 years ago. It was terrific then and it’s terrific now. The staff was outstanding and really helpful. It’s a first class place with a first class staff and a great location.

    Great locale and nice staff

Only downside was the small and overused concierge lounge. Not worth paying up for it as food was substandard and very small space. The printer did not have paper to print boarding passes and I was told to go to the front desk to get paper!! The rooms are small and yes there is lots of street noise as the city is under major expansion/construction. The lobby is large and inviting with a great hotel restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and housekeeping was very good. Easy walk to all downtown locations. Price was reasonable. I would stay here again for the price.

This is a huge property with many rooms. For reference, I am on the 20th floor and my room is overlooking a developing area. It is very noisy. Not only do you hear fellow guests when they open and close their doors, your headboard will shake when they do. In addition, at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning, there is construction going on outside. Couple that with the sounds of sirens and drag racing, this does not make for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The rooms are functional and the beds are comfortable. The lobby area is huge and there are places to sit around. It is heavily scented though, with air freshener or something. If you're allergic to scents then consider that. Valet parking is expensive and hectic. When you drive up to check into the hotel, valet is right there, not a lot of spaces to park, even temporarily. There is self-parking across the street but if you leave the garage you pay again, even if its on the same day. If you are here on business, need to be downtown, or just passing through I guess its okay but if you are needing to wind down either ask for a quieter location on property or explore other options.
