This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do and would stay there again. Driton in the restaurant was a fabulous waiter!

Our family of 4 came down for a long weekend, wanted to be downtown. Booked a two queen room. Pros: Excellent Location. Comfy beds. Quick valet service. 2nd street and Broadway entertainment is easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Cons: Bathroom layout is crap. Toilet paper is a far reach back and down - not convenient at all. One outlet in bathroom, and it’s next to sink - very difficult for two people to be in there at the same time. Not enough places to hang towels for 4 people, and there’s not a proper towel rack because it would interfere with viewing the cool wallpaper. We were on 5th floor, and the water pressure seemed weak. Props to the hotel restaurant The Little Fib. We had dinner there one evening, and it was off the hook. Really good food. A bit pricey, but we enjoyed it immensely. The lobby is really nice, we loved the Johnny Cash wall. Not sure if I would book here again - there are newer Marriott properties downtown that might be more intriguing.

Put K cup coffee makers in the room!

Nice hotel, great location, fantastic deli/coffee bar in lobby, comfy beds but dear god for this price - trash the sketchy tiny coffee maker hidden in the cabinet for something better. Location of hotel makes it very walkable to downtown bars, venues and great eateries.

    Near the heart of Nashville

The hotel is a stones through from the Broadway bar scene. Good restaurants on the premises. We got a king suite. The view was good for the hotels location, but it won't blow you away. Parking deck across the street and a skyscraper under construction to the right. The room had good amenities and ample space to spread out and relax. A little worn. View probably not worth the extra cost.

We visited Nashville on January 1st-4th. The hotel was perfect for our visit. The location is within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, honky tonks, tourist attractions and the Ryman Auditorium. The hotel has a free van service that will take you to and from nearby places. (Of course we tipped our driver.) The rooms have been renovated recently and are beautiful. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The room was spacious and immaculate! The view from our room was beautiful! All hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering ideas of places to visit and directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Nashville area.
