This hotel didn’t look like much when pulling up. Once inside the lobby was clean and bright. The staff were friendly and helped with storing luggage until room was ready as I had arrived much earlier. Once checked in the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Jose was lovely and helpful when any questions. The only complaint is the carpet in the hall way on level 4. It was very uneven and made pulling the suitcase very difficult. A great place to stay with easy access to transport and the main shopping/tourist areas.

A great hotel in a perfect location, short walks to bars and restaurants and a quick taxi ride to places like Stanley park (although it is still in walking distance should you prefer). The hotel was smart and very clean, and having the two queen beds in our room was a bonus too. The only thing I could say was an issue was the constant humming noise from the room, it may have been the ice machine that was near to us on the 12th floor. Overall a great place to stay to explore Vancouver, with the added bonus of having Frankie’s bar and grill adjoined to the hotel for breakfast and daily meals should you wish. The staff were also all incredibly friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming place to stay during our time in Vancouver.

Clean rooms, staff were friendly and the housekeepers were very helpful. Would like to say huge thank you to our housekeeper from Fiji (on the 8th floor) who was a star!. The hotel is in a great location for all tourist attractions. Thank you for a great stay!

PAOLO, JOSE AND MAURICIO WERE SO HELPFUL TO GIVE IDEAS ON TRIPS, FOR LAUNDERY, RESTAURANTS. THERE WAS LOT OF LAUGHS TOGETHER. THANK YOU ALL FOR THIS GREAT HOSPITALITY.I FELT BACK HOME LIKE IN A FAMILY. ROOMS ARE SPACIES, CLEAN, CENTRAL LOCATED, AND CALM. NEXT TO HOTEL PLENTY OF DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS AS WELL AS POSSIBILITY TO HAVE A FINE BREAKFAST. CLOSE ALSO TO HIPON AND HOPOFF BUS STATION.

Really nice hotel - can walk all over town. Many places around with food/drinks. You can rent a car or bus it to the gondola or parks or market area.
