Great location, great service from most employees. A few of them are just average service though.

Good customer service. Ronnie Owens was great. Helped us find some places we wanted to visit. Very helpful and offered his help without being asked. He just walked over to make sure we were happy with everything. Employee at the front desk however is usually on his phone and answered my questions quickly so he could get back to his phone. He was polite and tried to help but it was rather minimum effort.

My stay at the Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale Beach - a DoubleTree by Hilton for my daughter 23rd Birthday was Excellent. The entire staff starting with the AA young fella outside at the desk assisting with the cars (around 3:30p) on Wednesday, Sept 4th to Meilani at the Front Desk greeted us with a Smile, upgraded our room off the top which was Nice and Clean (No Complaints), offered us water, warm delicious cookies and even vouchers for drinks. I can't remember all the names, but just to name a few Ronnie Owens, Jessica and the others ladies that give you the Hilton points were very friendly with all smiles just Wonderful. Jose and the other guy at the Pool were Awesome! Thank you so much Jose for those great??????????? and for telling us about The Grand Opening of The Shorely/at Marina Village, the drinks were great and that Chicken/Avocado sandwich at Burgers and Shakes was absolutely delicious. Big Thanks to Jada, Natasha, Dewayne, Olivia, Sasha whom text and checked on us daily/several times a day and also made sure we arrived home safe. The Entire staff and the food in the restaurant was delicious (No Complaints) and by the way my kids loved the wings. I could really go on and on and I'm sorry if other guest experience wasn't as Great as mine, but I really had an Awesome experience from the afternoon of September 4th-September 7th the morning when I checked out. I work in Customer service and Great Customer service is Key! I watch for certain things wherever I go, and from beginning to end.. I must say my Daughter, Son and I had a Great experience. This trip was all about my daughter and she really enjoyed her Birthday. ???? Thank you to the Entire Staff and we will be returning in the future if staying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida...stay Safe and Blessed. ??
