Room wasn’t for 12 people the hotel ended up given us 3 rooms that fit 4 people per room, so it ended up working out better for us. Only small issues we had was towels weren’t filled up by maid after cleaning room 2-3 times during our 7 day stay. We were offer all inclusive after we arrived for a fair fee. 3 hotels had 7-9 restaurants, but confusing the set up. The breakfast was pretty standard every morning that got pretty old pretty fast. The malecon is about 10-15 mins driving and around 45 mins walking.
Great Service

I can’t say enough great things about Paola Lugo - a front desk supervisor - for the Palace Resort Hotels. My sister and I were booked into Oceano Palace, but found it to be too noisy. Paola was wonderful to deal with and without hesitation moved us to Pacific Palace next door, which we much prefer. Thank you, Paola, for the excellent service! The Palace hotels are lucky to have you working for them!
Nice, modern hotel with stunning ocean views

Pacific Palace Tower was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and modern and the ocean view was spectacular. The pool was nice, and it was nice to have access to both pools on the property, but I've also seen more picturesque pools. It's nice that they have activities going at the pool most days. I would have appreciated room service, which didn't appear to be a thing, and it was also difficult to order food poolside. The dining patio by the pool is nice, though. The location was decent but it felt a little far north compared to many of the other hotels in the Golden Zone - there are more restaurants, etc, once you get a little farther south, and it's a quicker taxi ride into town. Overall, very good stay, though!
Excellent Hotel

I stayed here for a week, and it was a very clean hotel, always well kept and directly on the beach. I had a superior room, with fridge, coffee maker (although coffee was only supplied for one day) blender, toaster and cutlery but no pots or pan. I had a great view of the beach from the 6th floor and the front desk was very helpful. I changed a room, at no cost, and they were very accommodation. The bar next door, Dieago, had music most nights, but did not last too long. There are restaurants, bars and shops very close by. The nationals made up most of the clientele at this time of year.
Worst experience!!

It's impossible to sleep, the hotel is placed in front of super noisy bars. If you ask for another room, you must pay an extra charge. There is no warning when you are booking a room. Poor cleaning. Room service until 11 pm. I love Mazatlan, but I'll never come back to Pacific palace !!!! Rigth now i wish i could sleep :(...
