Avoid , very disappointing!

We are repeat customers but that didnt matter. We were put in a terrible room with a view of a construction site. The room smelled like a sewer so we were 'allowed ' to change to a pool view room. It was better, but forget about an afternoon nap. This room also had a terrible smell. The a/c blows right over your bed, we are both sick with colds now from the cold air . The food is lousy, found hair in the cheese, plates were dirty, and the music at dinner is loud and absolutely ridiculous. I think they play it so you wont stay long. Wellington was a wonderful bartender, but a gentleman 'Diabalo' was very rude, just about threw our drink at us. Pay more and go somewhere else!

Royal holiday representatives harass people to buy time share ( they claim it’s not be aware don’t let them rope you in something u don’t want.. walk away don’t even give them the time . You didn’t come to be harass . Don’t waste your time just enjoy your vacation
