Amazing view amazing food amazing service !!! Captain David and waiter Angel were absolutely incredible! Would recommend 1000 times

Captain David and Angel made our experience! Great food at the Mediterranean restaurant! Delicious and lots of different options!

If I was basing my review strictly on the usual considerations, like restaurants, rooms, the pool etc, it would probably get a four-star review. But we had such a wonderful time at this resort that I can't give it anything less than five. The Oleo is a smaller boutique style hotel with around 160 rooms so it doesn't offer all the amenities that you might find at all the mega resorts. That said, the rooms were clean and nice, the food was generally pretty good, though the buffet could maybe be a little bit better. Drinks were fantastic and the beach was beautiful. What really made this a fantastic vacation and a wonderful resort to stay at was the staff. Every single interaction we had with a staff member was positive and genuinely friendly. Largely because of the staff the resort had a really fun laid back kind of vibe. I know I'm going to miss some, but if you work at The Oleo know that you are all amazing. I have to mention a bunch by name though: Enrique, Ramiro (Rambo) Sharai, Abad, Sheila, Antonio, Gerry, Antonio (chocolatte), Charlie, Felipe, and Armando. Thank you all so much for making it a really fantastic stay. I would not hesitate to return and to reccomend The Oleo. I know we will be back!

What a fabulous time! Quiet, small, beautiful resort. Stayed in tower one on the 8th floor, Had the ocean as the main view and the lagoon around the corner on the wrap around balcony (not sure how we scored that - not many of those) Buffet is intimate, yummy and changes every night, so it feels like a new menu every evening. But the winner is the staff… from Marco at check in, Philippe and Amando at the pool bar, to Illania and Ham in the morning at the buffet to Roberto and Chef Saul at night! Don’t forget Nataly at the Spa and Kevin making sure we got our ride to the airport! Going back next year!

Just got back from another amazing trip to Oleo Cancun! You really can’t beat the views, the service, and the food for an all-inclusive. This has become our go-to resort whenever we stay in Cancun. You can tell the hotel treats their staff well — many of the same employees have been there since we started going in 2017. Charlie at the pool and Gary in the Lobby bar went above and beyond. Can’t wait until our next visit!
