Guests who book by May 30, 2024 for travel May 1 - October 30, 2024 will receive a $100 Food and Beverage credit per room per stay. Minimum 5 night stay required. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

A Dream Vacation!

This property was nothing short of outstanding in every single way. Far and above though are the staff members that went out of their way to make our vacation so incredibly special. Everyone had a friendly smile and was beyond kind to our whole family. Matthew the doorman was always smiling and friendly. Our service at woto, tortuga and ferdinands was exceptional. Donique from breakfast was just wonderful, our girls looked up to her every morning and commented on how nice she was and how very helpful, true cayman kindness!! Dameon at the omelot station was outstanding, his omelets were amazing and his smile no matter what was so appreciated in the am! Reverend at the beach bar area was always willing to help and so friendly too. We had a special birthday celebration for our daughter that week and Lenard made it so very magical for her with a special cake and song and then like magic the skies lit up with the most amazing fireworks display we have ever seen. The night brought tears to my eyes many times and made me feel like I was in a dream. I also need to comment on the kids activities. They are not blazing and loud, they are there when you look for them and very very well done. The schedule was accurate and our kids LOVED these activities, please keep them and PLEASE know that Shirlando is an absolute kid rockstar!! Our children loved hanging out with him playing jenga and pingo pong and making smore's. I do not know where you found him but he is a very special gift to all the kids who come to this property and a tremendously hard worker. Only request is to have cornhole out more often because it is so fun to play! Our room was nice and the housekeeping did a nice job each day to keep it clean. We loved having fresh water each day at the pool area and having so many food choices right at the property. The gelato in the coffee shop was outstanding. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property and all the people working there. It was very hard to get our kids to leave the resort to explore because the property was just that amazing. I barely talked about the pool and beach but they are awesome too, it is the staff that makes this place so special. Also to note there was a VERY large corporate function there for half the week of our stay and the staff worked tremendously hard to ensure that it did not impact the regular guests at this resort, all corporate was off to the side areas and the staff worked very hard to accomodate all! DREAM!!

The hotel staff, service, location, amenities and experience was fantastic. The Westin is situated on the beach. The ocean, sand and views are beautiful. The staff was so nice and accommodating. And the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in my life. Sushi restaurant is also yummy..
