Let me tell you about my vacation I spent in Sandos, a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sun and the pool, all the staff are very friendly, I loved everything it has and the vibe Of all of them, Abraham is very charismatic and fun, he always has a smile on his face. Excellent service!!!

Overall we had another great experience at this all-inclusive resort. We have stayed here a total of 5 times and will stay here in the future. The Good: The food is great. The service is fantastic. The rooms are excellent. The place is very clean. The things I would improve: The pools do not have sufficient quantities of umbrellas for all the guests. For us, this is the biggest problem at this facility. The pizza served at the poolside cantina is below average. Agave restaurant should serve chips and salsa with all meals. All the restaurants salads should come with more salad dressing. Please offer fruit at all meals. Do not assume that all guests want salt or spice served on their drink glass.
