We stayed from April 1st through April 8th in a Mirage club adults only swim up suite. This is our sixth time at this resort. Yenny was and always will be our butler. She is the best and takes excellent care of us. If you stay at this resort ask for Yenny. We always have the best and relaxing time where we shut off the stress of everyday living.

Bolivar is a magnificent concierge. He was friendly, helpful and quick to address any request. He remained in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Everyone on staff greeted us with a smile and were genuinely interested in being is have the most incredible time especially bartender Jose and his team at the swim up bar near building 4. Excellent experience all around.
