Great place to relax

This was an amazing property. One of the few times I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. I was able to enjoy everything they offered and the staff was very friendly.

Our stay was amazing and finish in a bright side with Denisse at the main desk. She was really helpful and sympathic. She answered to all my questions and provide a great service before our departure. I recommend the hotel and the service is really top notch. Thanks again Denisse and all of her team !
Jungle feelings

Very beautiful grounds, jungle feelings, many animals. Friendly staff. Ok food, mexican a la carte was the best. It was very nice to eat breakfast and lunch at Beach House. Many pools but little cold water in all the pools. Small beach so it is crowdly in the sea and difficult to get sunbeds.

I have been here twice, and it’s one of my favorite places. Entire staff is super friendly. The food is really good, and there’s something for everyone to do.

Occidental at Xcaret as an all-inclusive resort definitely checked all the boxes. From the beauty of the hotel, friendly staff, and assistance in coordinating our off-site excursions I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend to anyone that hasn't been to the Maya Riviera. Thanks
