We visited Nashville on January 1st-4th. The hotel was perfect for our visit. The location is within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, honky tonks, tourist attractions and the Ryman Auditorium. The hotel has a free van service that will take you to and from nearby places. (Of course we tipped our driver.) The rooms have been renovated recently and are beautiful. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The room was spacious and immaculate! The view from our room was beautiful! All hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering ideas of places to visit and directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Nashville area.

Great place to stay and very convenient to Broadway. Very clean. Super friendly staff. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back. It was nice having shuttle available to get us to the airport and other locations that weren't really within walking distance.

    A good hotel option

Stayed here for two nights (planned for three but storms cut our trip short). Fantastic location! My only complaints would be the shower that was incredibly difficult to use, the diverter was impossible to move to make water come out of shower rather than fill tub. I swear I heard tiny little feet inside the walls behind my head one morning while I waited for my husband to get ready late one morning. Never saw anything, only scampering sounds within the walls. All in all it was a very good experience. Hallways were clean and updated. Elevators were very prompt. Staff was exceptional. Hoping to get back soon.

Great hotel steps from all the action

This hotel is where you need to be if you're exploring downtown Nashville. The parking is even reasonable - they give you the option of valet - $45/day or the parking garage across the street for much cheaper - $14/day. And the best part is - it's connected by a walkway with a bar! That was a no brainer for us. We picked a suite and paid with points. Had a beautiful view from the 23rd floor. The bar inside the lobby was fantastic - Little Fiddle (I think) - great wings and fries - wish we tried some more of the food. No complaints - all the staff had a smile on their faces and greeted us immediately after we walked in. Refreshing since we spent the night before at a hotel in Murfreesboro that had lots of surely staff.

The music as you enter the hotel is WAAAY to loud! You can not even talk to the valet with out shouting! and in the door way into the lobby you need ear plugs because it soo loud! This is a hotel entrance NOT Broadway! Please lower the music!
