There is a complete lack of customer service and hospitality skills here The front desk and general manager are rude and uncaring When I inquired about speaking with the owner to report them, I was denied access I would stay away from this hotel

Front desk was very helpful. I believe wendy was her name. I organized through her before I arrived. Villas are close to everything so you don’t necessarily need a rental. Pool was clear and bar at pool
