Everything here was pretty good especially the staff they were exceptional. The food was the only let down. La Horma, Steakhouse and Mexican restaurants were all good. American Bistro was poor. Buffet in the evening was not good and later in the evening service was a bit lacking. All the bars were good. Rooms were nice and kept clean. Beach was good and pool area was ok. Problem with pool and beach is that you do not have to retrieve a card or hold on to your towel therefore people leave towels everywhere and you don’t know which seats are available and which are not. The hotel would save on laundry should they adopt the card system and it would be more convenient for guests. All in all we enjoyed our stay but I would say it’s probably the first Iberostar I would not want to return to.

Check in good concierge arranged a breakfast meeting when we turned up they asked for passport and bank details this was a definite sales ploy a strong no from us.we where never approached again even to ask if everything was ok.room was poolside villa decor was very dated crack in sink and surround.staff do an amazing job with what they have. nearly impossible to get a cold glass of wine in any of the restaurants which in my view are very second rate on the positive side the entertainment crew are fantastic.we are currently staying in room 2024.nearly at the end of a 2 week stay.would never come back here again or recommend to friends have stayed at all inclusive all over the Caribbean this is by far the worst.

This resort was very nice and just as advertised. Unfortunately along with multiple families, I was attacked by another guest that was clearly high on something that made him crazy. He was foaming at the mouth and looked like he was hallucinating. I don't blame this hotel for the actions of other guests, but the hotels security was non existent and never once was I asked if I was okay. I suffered injuries while defending myself and again, not one person checked on me, I was simply told by the night manager to "go to my room" It's been 4 days since this attack, and I have still not been contacted by anyone to check on me, offer me anything, or simply say anything! Great hotel, just terrible security and no follow up after a crime.

The kids love staying here. The Star camp was blast, as they said. The hotel is in a beautiful location with lovely grounds. It's luxurious and offers excellent service. There's plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. We will definitely comeback.

They helped us with dinner reservations, recommending hidden gems and making sure we secured spots at popular restaurants. They even arranged a last-minute birthday cake for my partner, which made their day. Housekeeping was fantastic. Our room was spotless every time we returned, and they were always happy to accommodate our requests for extra towels or toiletries. The staff at the pool and beach were equally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable day soaking up the sun. The genuine warmth and helpfulness of the staff truly elevated our resort experience. They made us feel welcome, valued, and cared for, and their attentiveness to detail made a significant difference. If you're looking for a resort where exceptional service complements the beautiful surroundings, Iberostar is an excellent choice.
