Our stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres was absolutely outstanding. We stayed in the Preferred Club area, and it was breathtaking. The staff made our vacation truly special. Our concierge, a young girl who checked us into the Preferred Club on July 1, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She arranged everything for my birthday celebration and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. A special thank you to Manager Mario Valenzo, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. He is an exceptional manager—attentive, responsive, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. We also loved the variety of on-site restaurants. Our waiters, Jeffrey and Alejandro, provided excellent service and made every meal enjoyable. We had the pleasure of meeting Head Chef Andres, as well as the chefs from Ayara , Oceana and Portofino, who prepared some of the most delicious meals we've ever had. Trip advisor Brian was an excellent advisor. From the moment we arrived until our departure, our experience was flawless. Every member of the team contributed to making our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Secrets Playa Mujeres Preferred Club, and can't wait to return! ?????

We had the most amazing trip to this resort. We stayed Preferred, which is great. The resort is beautiful and expansive. The food is wonderful and you have to experience Ki Ki Che for the 7 course dinner and Ayara. We had great food everywhere and definitely try the octopus at Oceana. The staff were so wonderful and the the room and property very clean. The beach was gorgeous (take water shoes...sand hot) with very little seaweed. I have to thank Paulina at Preferred Check-in, Albin at the Preferred pool for all his guidance and care, Dulce and Alahandro at Ki Ki Che and Mosuceta (I am sure I spelled that wrong) at Ayara. So many more could be thanked for our beautiful visit. Definitely will be back!

Secrets Playa Mujeres the renovation is great, food is delicious and service the staff goes above and beyond to take care of your needs.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it was so romantic. The staff was so nice, and the quick and attentive service. The staff remembers you no matter where you are on the resort. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Susie at the Barracuda beach bar was so so nice and remembered our drinks and was so attentive! Luis at Ki' Ki' Che was so nice and fun to talk to. Mario, the manager of Portofino was so amazing and kind and made our stay unforgettable! All the bartenders and staff at the preferred pool club were amazing!! The grounds were well kept and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The pools and beach were very well kept. I was just in "ah" over everything. I cried when we had to leave. The only thing I would recommend is making the dinner reservation process easier, and making it more known about the nightly entertainment options!

We went to Secrets to enjoy a quick Honeymoon Fly and Flop vacation. We were not disappointed. The attention to detail, amazing customer service and spectacular food options will have us coming back to this resort. There was absolutely no need to leave the resort, which is what we wanted. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and walking along the beach. The restaurants did not disappoint. We had such a wonderful time, we want to come back. We also liked we were able to enjoy the benefits of the Dreams resort next door. It was a nice golf cart ride away, with equally amazing restaurants. We would definitely come back and probably stay longer too.
