Everyone was friendly the room just cleaned. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be.

New York, New York offered all of the comforts you hope for and more. Clean, updated, comfortable beds, organized check in and check out, friendly staff, great restaurants, shops, casino, and a roller coaster! Conveniently located next door to our Grand Canyon tour bus pick up hotel and one hotel over to the free tram.

After waiting in line 20 minutes to check in I went up to my room to discover my room key was not operating. The front desk told me I had to wait at the back of the line to address the problem. totally unacceptable !!
Racism to handicap

Tyson cronmiller did nothing to resolve racism to handicap people at New York New York. My left toes don’t move the bartender said I was drunk and couldn’t walk right
Nice hotel but no coffee lol!

No coffee, refrigerator or microwave in the rooms I could’ve done without all of those things as long as there was coffee.
