Wonderful Anniversary Weekend!

nancycarp694 (Sevierville, Tennessee) on Apr 25, 2024

My husband called ahead and let them know it was our anniversary weekend and they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We had a view of the city. And shortly after arriving, strawberries and champagne were delivered! 5 stars!!!!

Great location and property

mwnormanmd (Atlanta, Georgia) on Apr 20, 2024

Attended a national meeting of a couple hundred attendees at this property in April 2024. The hotel did a fantastic job of food/beverage/AV for the conference. The room was well-appointed for the price and quite comfortable. All staff interactions were pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again.

Nickel and dimers

Niezatycze (Lancaster, New York) on Apr 17, 2024

You can get an early check in, but it will cost you. My wife and I reserved one of a block of rooms set aside for a friend’s wedding. The hotel website says check in is at 4:00pm. The wedding is at 5:00pm and not at the hotel. So we need to check in, dress and get to the venue. I called the hotel to ask for an early check in. The front desk response is we can’t guarantee an early check in unless you purchase one. It is apparent that this hotel wants to squeeze you for every dime they can get. Stay elsewhere. Someplace where the expression guest services means something more than squeeze the guests for every nickel.

Disappointing birthday stay

debbyt1051 (Dayton, Ohio) on Apr 15, 2024

We reserved this hotel for a mile stone birthday. I am a loyal Marriott person. We are titanium/presidential level with Marriott. We reserved the Presidential Suite. It was nice but not worth what it cost. We reserved it for the divided sleeping areas. I had to call to get the hide-a-bed linens and to have them put on. We had to make up the hid-a-bed ourselves which I thought was ridiculous for what we were paying. There was no acknowledgement of the birthdays. I would have thought something would have been done, especially in the presidential suite at such a high level hotel. We were very disappointed. I will say the location is great for doing things in Nashville.

Business Trip Nashville

Darrick K (Westerville, Ohio) on Apr 12, 2024

From the staff to the multiple lounges on multiple floors to the accessibility of restaurants, bars, and shopping, this was a home run for us. The view from the 24th floor gave us a great cityscape at night in the room was incredibly cozy and clean
