Gorgeous resort with an extremely attentive and friendly staff. DC and Chema were very entertaining as they led our group in activities. Our unit came with butler service and we were well attended by Salvador, Julio, and Jose. Tobias kept the blended drinks flowing at the pool side and all the bar staff were great. We tried out all the on site restaurants and were never disappointed. La Perla buffet was a go to favorite for breakfast and lunch. Gleny came to recognize our group and would have a table ready with Mimosas each morning. Loved the accommodations but the friendly staff made our stay extra nice.

Three couples came down together to celebrate our 35th anniversaries. We were warmly greeted and served a delicious “Welcome Drink” upon arrival. The service provided by our butlers (Julio, Salvador, and Jose) was perfect. Our housekeeping staff (Jennifer and Perla) kept our room spotless. Gleny at the buffet always kept our table for 6 ready for breakfast and lunch. Tobias kept our drinks coming around the pool and made excellent drinks himself! The 2 people who made our stay the most fun were “Dark Chocolate “ (Calvin) and Chema, the activities guys. We were dominating at archery by the end of the week with their instruction! And they are all-around wonderful people! The resort is beautiful and we found plenty to do without leaving it. We DID take advantage of the other Iberostar neighboring properties, but the Grand is the best!

Us and 2 other couples were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversaries on this trip. It was a wonderful, relaxing week made extra special by our butlers Salvador, Jose, and Julio; entertainment staff Dark Chocolate and Chema; and the beverage/meal staff Tobias and Gleny - just to name a few. Everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make the week special. Our room and facilities were clean upon arrival and kept clean the entire stay. We ate at all the restaurants and were very pleased. Definitely a memorable week.

There’s so much to say about this resort that I don’t know where to begin. The staff is PHENOMENAL the resort is BEAUTIFUL and the food is EXCEPTIONAL! First I would like to begin by acknowledging a few staff members first Leydis she did us a personal favor on her own time and we could not thank her enough, Claudio and Rafael in reception, Eduardo and Valentin the butlers they made my stay simply perfect, Anyi hostess is such a sweetheart and very welcoming, waitresses Erika and Elizabeth was very attentive each and every night kudos to them, Willie the bellman was helpful too, Marco the supervisor was a delight and last but not least Tomas the lobby bars bar tender is absolutely the BEST and he can sing too! Also Yukiza the bar tender in the casino at the Dominicana resort make a mean mojito, it is DELICIOUS! One thing I can say is that each and every employee that I passed acknowledge my bother and myself and this one of the reason I love this resort and would return time and time again.

This resort is fabulous ! Would definitely return ! The staff is incredible and very attentive to detail . The food is outstanding . Julio and Salvador were our butlers and they were top notch
