This resort was terrible, not only is there no Sunwing Rep daily but the food was terrible and the room were full of mold and musty smells. Also the walk to the beach was way too far and the resort is really far out from town. The first morning at the buffet, a window came crashing down on an empty table, this hotel is literally falling apart. We switched hotels after 2 days, we would’ve switched the first day had there been a rep around to help us but there was not. I wouldn’t waste my money on this place.

The hotel was in good condition, had a good services, the buffet was really bad experience, the food was poor elaborate, no enough plate to service food, I have to wait a line until the plates coming, poor food variety just chicken, not beef, no pork no fish, the quality of food was really disappointing for my and my family. The worse that haved this hotel is the food quality and variety I do not recommend
