G, the cook, is the best!

Had a wonderful experience during the breakfast buffet. G, the cook, was friendly helpful and genuinely an all-around wonderful host. He catered to my special orders both Friday and Saturday during our stay. Always greated everyone with a smile and a "good morning"! What a great asset to your company!
Excellent place

We love bonnet creek! We’ve stayed here at least 10 times over the last few years. We’ve done the hotel and the villas, both great! You get more bang for your buck with the villas because you can make meals. There are several water slides, mini golf, movie nights all free. 2 lazy rivers, always super clean. Plenty of bathrooms near pools and a lot of chairs although in peak season, chairs are hard to come by and as with any resort, chair hogs show up at 7am and drop tons of stuff and don’t return till well after all seats are taken and there’s no policing of this. It would be nice if they stopped allowing this. Other than that the location is great, the place is super clean and so close to Disney. (Technically on Disney's property) we’ve never found the shuttle to be ideal with what our schedule is so we just park our own car at parks. There is a fee for shuttle and it doesn’t run all that often. Biggest complaint is to get your parking permit they hold it hostage at the sales desk so to be able to park you have to go to the sales desk and let them try to sell you on everything under the sun, including their time share seminar. Don’t fall for it. They bribe you with a gift card or park passes and unless you are even remotely considering a time share unit, do not sit through it. They do not let you go and get really rude and nasty if you decide it’s out of your budget.
