Just ok. Not to the level you would expect from a Hyatt branded hotel. Breakfast that was included was very good. The rooms were clean but small, the couch hard as a rock. The service from front desk was terrible (got overcharged for parking on my first day, couldn’t get help to get the TV working). The small things like a few complimentary bottles of water in your room would have been a nice touch, were lacking. And good luck trying to sleep. You can hear EVERYTHING in the hall, from doors slamming, talking, whispering.

Patrick behind the bar is worth more than hyatt can pay him, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. My only issue with the Hyatt is the massively overstuffed pillows. There isn't any alternative and I had to sleep on a sweater to get comfortable enough to sleep. Not everyone loves a comically fat pillow to sleep!

Friendly staff. Clean upkept room. Nice hot breakfast. Quiet pool. Plenty of free parking. Everything you want in a hotel.

I can't stop talking about how amazing my stay at the Hyatt Kelowna was. The hotel was so clean and modern and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The underground parking made me feel confident and safe to leave my car all day and over night. The room was stunning and so clean. I felt luxurious when being there. The bathroom was so nice and it had the best lighting because the mirror had a ring light around it. The bed was so comfortable and I had some of the best sleeps I've ever had. My room also had a really nice view and I enjoyed just laying in bed watching the world from my room. The TV was also so convenient because you could easily connect your phone and watch anything you want. And the breakfast was literally the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. It was just high quality and cooked so well. I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Kelowna if you are looking to be impressed. And the prices are not that bad either.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and modern, with a bathroom counter that had lots of storage for accessories. However, the we were only informed the day before their arrival that there was a charge for parking, which was not originally communicated when we booked. After further discussions with the front desk staff, the parking fee was waived. The breakfast included was very good, but we would suggest preplanning and preparing more items ahead of time to reduce delays if they ran out of an item. The breakfast staff members were very friendly and efficient.
