Travelled for my birthday...When l first got to the hotel l was given a room which looked out on the roof after paying for a pool or garden view after complaining l was shown another room which was 100% better...looked out on the pool. The room was nice cleaned everyday. Bottles of water provided everyday. They couldn't find the key for the safe in the room. Asked for a iron which took several calls and 8 hours later got it. The food was good Nigel the morning chef was excellent. The restaurant staff where great. The beach across the road was lovely and private. The bar grill was good..especially the jerk chicken as long as they don't run out. The other guests here were very friendly. The drawback was the Italian resturant absolutely disastarous a bad representation of an Italian restaurant. Because my room was by the pool and the entertainment was by the pool the music was loud every night but you cant have it all. Would definitely come back here though

We were put in this resort after our flight was cancelled April 21/24. I’m so glad it was only 1 night. After checking in, we were told we would receive towels etc. we finally received towels 30 minutes prior to the bus arriving the following day. The food was under par. The buffet choices was not great. I am not a picky traveller but this was beyond accommodating.
