I had a reservation with this hotel prior to Hurricane Beryl. When I got there with my ' family members, the security guard refused to let us enter the property. He did not care to look at the confirmation information on my cell phone. After much arguing he said he had a paper with my name on it and it said not to let me and another family who had a reservation on the property. Eventually, he acquiesced to letting us on the property because we were blocking traffic. When we spoke to the front office they claimed they did not have our names because we booked with a third party and they had no rooms and we need to contact Jet Blue Vacations and Guest Reservations to get a refund. I have never experienced such unprofessional and unethical behavior in all my years of traveling in the hospitality industry. As it turns out they did have the reservation (they were lying) because Guest Reservation just confirmed they have my payment in full.

Great Resort, top of the top entertainment, clean environment, lovely staff, when I tell you about exceptional customer service OMG! Special shout out to server Catassia, hope I got her name right. She made my fiancé's birthday and my surprise proposal extra special. Love, love, love you guys, will definitely be back ??
