Went for wedding, they didn’t even know it was my girlfriend’s wedding at check in. She doesn’t speak Spanish to express a the million problems she had so I was fighting on her behalf for the majority of the time there. I left with neck pain from so much stress. Worst service and unforgivable wedding mishaps and disrespect. They book way too many parties and do not have the competence or staff to handle them. You’ve been warned.

The hotel is a great resort!.. the amenities for kids are very good! and in general the pools and restaurants are very nice. We always have a good time as a family with a 6 year old child. The captain of the restaurant are always super friendly. (I think one name was Aldo and the other dont remember!). they always helped us to make sure we have the right tables!.,.,.and the guy from the pool MarioRendon is super good and friendly!. thank you!.. BUT DONT GO TO THE BREAKFAST THEY OFFER TO SELL THEIR SHARED TIMES (They said is not shared but at the end is the same).. We had a very bad experience!
