Relaxing couples vacation at Secrets the Vine

My husband and I just spent 7 days at Secrets the Vine. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go ahead if we were looking for relaxing, laid back all inclusive. We paid for the premium and originally were on the 21st floor. We have read that the adjacent resorts can be noisy (Hard Rock for odd numbered rooms). We did not have an issue with this at all and enjoyed listening to the music that ended by 10:15 most evening. However, our room 2123 was beside the service elevator and 21st floor lobby and quite noisy due to service staff - late at night and early in the morning. If you get a room near the elevator I would ask for a different one. We requested a change on day 5, our request was handled quickly, and it was MUCH better. Pros: service is friendly and attentive, check in was fast and easy, there are many and large pools, high end spirits, the beach is lovely, the coffee and dessert bar in the lobby is yum, beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious - they all have beautiful ocean views. The entertainment crew are fun and friendly. The overall vibe is pretty low key so if you’re looking to party this might not be your spot. It was perfect for us. Tip: there is a pharmacy, small convenience store and a massage and nail/hair salon steps from the hotel front door of the hotel. If you want a

Very pleased with the experience! The food was great, rooms were nice, staff was amazing. Only complaint is you can't swim in the water and the beach is not the nicest, as well as the drinks were not strong.
