Delano provides a different level environment, totally worth it, to get away from the young party people.

Quiet, beautiful suites. The bath tub was my favorite feature. Lol. It was great being able to just relax and enjoy the living room area while my fiance was sleeping. The hallways are dimly lit, which I didn’t like, but loved everything else about this hotel and the suite.

Delano has been my go-to hotel when in Vegas. It's secluded from the Casino, yet just a short walk away, always smells wonderful, and has nice suites. However, it's showing it's age, plus more concerning, little things are being taken away. No bathrobes, no slippers, the comforters are super thin, motel-style towels, and now toiletries in big bottles with the same quality as ones you'd find at CVS or Target. Both the suites, plus the main casino floor are quite dated and in dire need of a refresh.

Great stay. We used the digital key option and went directly to the room (no front desk wait). Flankers has incredible wings and ice cream. We went to the Knights hockey game….about a 25 minute walk. We even made a little money gambling.

It seems the hotel operator has given up on this property. It’s a shell of a 5 star hotel. The room still looks OK but has been stripped of all amenities. My shower door was falling off. Room service is 3rd party delivery (paper and plastic only, low quality food, very expensive, long wait times. This hotel should be considered 2-3 stars.
