What a wonderful experience. The staff was over the top welcoming. The property well kept and beautiful. The room was better than our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!!! Our first Trip to kauai. Definitely the first of many!! Several Beautiful pools.

Beautiful hotel with spacious accommodations. My entire family loved the pool. Excellent location with walking distance to many shops. The staff was friendly and kind. Would definitely come again

Koloa Landing is a well laid out resort. The upgrade to a one bedroom suite was excellent. The number of pools and hot tubs allowed one not to be crowded. It was great to have the Holoholo as a casual dining option on property was very nice.( The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the shuttle drivers were excellent. Offering the shuttle service to Poipu beach and other nearby venues was great, especially with the parking lot flood at Poipu Beach from the recent heavy rain storm. The Market on property offered good latte’s and an interesting choice of baked goods. Made the morning walk a bit nicer.

I have to say I have had beyond the best service at this resort. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond for my family and Jon, a bellman, was incredibly kind and helpful upon checkin also going above and beyond. Both went out of their ways to make our stay so memorable and fun for my young daughters. I can't say enough how much they deserve a huge kudos and hope they are recognized for their superb customer service!
