The Ocean Coral & Turquesa currently has elevators that are temporarily out of service. At this time, there are eight elevators that guests can access in buildings 9, 11, 12 & 15. It is expected that the elevator repairs be completed by March 2018.
The hotel will conduct improvements that will take place at the Casa de Mar buffet restaurant starting on September 1 and is expected to be completed by November 15, 2017. During the renovation, the Villa Marina restaurant will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a temporary buffet. All attempts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.

Just spent 7 days here with my wife. We are premier club members but had not stayed at this resort before. We stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradise in April 2023. The layout of the resort is great as it’s all along the beach so most pools and areas get an ocean breeze. It has a good selection of restaurants and activities throughout the day. If you are staying at an H10 property I would probably book Privilege as the experience is much better. The Privelege staff at this resort are great. Ricardo at the El Beso pool is amazing! Made our trip so enjoyable. Also need to shout Angel who works in the Privilege club restaurant as well as the other Angel that worked at the bowling alley bar our week. The staff made us feel like family always saying hi and providing us top notch service while we were there. When you book Privilege I would request either Carlos, Fernando or Alberto as your concierge. Overall good experience and will be coming back to the resort with our kids in the coming year.
