We had a Wonderful experience out of this world stay. We enjoyed the facility which is world class and we're treated as very special people by the entire staff. We loved the restaurant Suspiro best Ceviche outstanding. Shout-out to our new friends, Capitan Ivette Gomez, Hostess Vindiana Cordoba, Best waiter on the resort Eduardo Cortes, Bartender Francisco Peba, Best executive Chef Luis Alejandro, Sofia, Ivanna Hostess, Enrique Viramontes waiter, Best housekeeping Reyna Toledo. Thanks for making us feel right at home.! You can tell that they genuinely care about their guests. We will request their service each time we vacation and dine at this restaurant Suspiro.!

Vacation time! When I was ready to plan our next vacation I contacted Amy McHugh with Dream Makers Vacation Services. She never steers me wrong, and suggested that we try Atelier Playa Mujeres. She was a dream to work with, helping to book our transfer, and answering any questions that I had. We have visited several all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. Atelier may be the most beautiful of all the resorts we've been to. The attention to detail, the cleanliness and the service really make this resort stand out. Room: The rooms here are beautiful. I love that the bathroom can be completely open to the room, or can be closed off by sliding walls. What a great idea! The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the mini bar has great snacks (which you would think doesn't matter, but you would be wrong). Pool: The only pool we tried was the main pool, although I did go over to check out the quiet pool in building 3, which seemed very nice. The pool is great, with a swim up bar on both ends. Plenty of umbrellas, great drinks and fantastic service. We had Christopher as our pool attendant a few days and he was wonderful. Beach: Very nice beach, although I wasn't crazy about the set up. There are a lot of plantings and knolls, which makes seeing the ocean from your chair rather difficult, unless you are in the front row. The beach is very nice for walking though. Food: This is where Atelier really shines. The food and restaurants really are incredible. They are decorated beautifully and really feel like a "restaurant", one I would even go to at home. Our favorites were Los Abrazos and Takeshi. The hidden gem of this resort is Bistro Piccolo. Almost every night we visited this wine and cheese happy hour on the patio. The view is incredible, the wine is upgraded from what you get in the restaurants and the charcuterie boards are really yummy. The best part though was seeing Moises and Angel. They were so friendly and informative, and really made us feel like we were visiting friends. We had an absolutely wonderful week at Atelier and I can't wait to return!

My husband and I vacation in Mexico each year and generally stay at the same resort. This year we decided to try Atelier as the reviews were so good and it did not disappoint. Atelier is a step above; for sure. Most impressive was the service. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and informative. We did not appreciate the concierge who took over after check in to try to get us to attend a timeshare meeting but the bellman, DAVID who gave us a tour as he walked with us to our room provided great friendly service. The ladies who cleaned our room and gave us turn down serve each night to the waitstaff at the pool and at each restaurant were all terrific. THE POOL: Another plus to Atelier is being able to order GREAT food at the pool from the waiters who were outstanding. HELMER, TOMAS and CRISTOPHER served us each of the 7 days we enjoyed the main pool. They knew our names and used them, they anticipated our needs, brought us drinks without us asking, took the time to get to know us and made us feel very taken care of. THE RESTAURANTS: El Suspiro, the outdoor restaurant near the main pool was my choice for for breakfast rather than the buffet. We also ate there for lunch a couple days and for dinner our first night; what a great 1st impression. SOPHIA was such a kind 1st impression as she sat each guest and seemed genuinely happy to see us on return visits. ISRAEL, MIGUEL and KARELIA were our waiters and went above and beyond to make suggestions and be attentive. Shout out to MARISOL/hostess at Takeshi. She worked to get us a table that specifically met our needs and did so in a way that felt like it truly was her pleasure to assist. FRANCISCO took it from there and did such a great job as our server; He was informed, attentive, friendly and engaged.

This is the most amazing resort. Immaculate, beautiful, terrific food with many options and the most fabulous service of any resort. The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. We had the Inspira junior suite ocean front. Wow! The view, the amenities and the super comfortable bed and pillows. The staff in all positions always have a smile on their face and greet you every time they see you. Special shout out to our butler Hiram who always had a smile and kind greeting each morning. He checked in multiple times daily, to say hello and see if we needed anything, from dinner or spa reservations to room service requests. We really enjoyed speaking with him too. Carlos and Jhordy are standouts at the Inspira pool. El Suspira has superstars Oscar, Wendy and Jose, where we had most of our breakfasts. We also spent a few late afternoons relaxing at the sky pool where we had great service. So sorry I can’t remember the names but everyone was amazing. There is not one negative thing we can say about Atelier Playa Mujeres. You won’t regret booking a vacation here.

Maria Delores was an outstanding astronomic experience. The food was creative and exciting, with each new course building on the next. Roman and his staff were informed and well-able to facilitate our dining dreams! Thank for an amazing evening!
