First…the staff at this place is unmatched. The hospitality, graciousness and service is unbelievable! We stayed for 10 days as it was my 50th birthday and I must say everything went perfectly. My husband asked the staff to have the room decorated upon our arrival as a surprise to me and they came through! He also had them set up a romantic dinner on the beach for my birthday. It was perfect! I love the butler service we received from Rodolfo and Cristal! It was A++! They are so helpful from making dinner reservations to handling our laundry to changing the temp on the jacuzzi. Nothing is left to chance. They had us covered the entire trip! We love coming back year after year to see our Friends!

The resort is lovely with exceptional service. The spa was an absolute pleasure. Claudia is an amazing massage therapist. Five stars are definitely not enough for her time and expertise. Thanks to everyone from the moment we arrived for a fantastic getaway. You are the best.

This place is a very satisfying experience in terms of accommodation, beach, food and service. Everything was spot on We had our own butler his name was Lazaro and his job was not only to be your butler. But also your buddy who takes care of everything for you and make sure you arrive and leave with a happy face. At the beach we were served by Julio who was amazing with service and always smiling and happy to help. The staff is the best part of the hotel everyone is so pleased to help gave me a really good impression about Mexico and Mexican ?? Im writing this review on the lobby while waiting for our uber with a broken heart as its really sad to say goodbye ?? We shall meet again Cancun ????

Came here with high expectations after seeing reviews and FB page. Brought my daughter who just graduated for her senior trip with her friend and my 16 year old son. First of all the service my kids have received so far have been very poor. They get zero attention and even when they order drinks, they do not arrive all the time and have to order again or get them themselves. The restaurant reservation game is also terrible. The entire time we've been here, we haven't been able to get into any of the "nicer restaurants" as they stay full 3 days ahead. We've stayed at several all inclusives and this by far has been the worst experience I've ever had.

We went to Hotel Atelier in Playa Mujeres for my husband’s 50th birthday. It is a beautiful all-inclusive resort with several restaurants, pools and beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters. The service is excellent, especially the butler service. We were well taken care of by Oswaldo and Luis. Every request was respon to immediately. Our one bedroom master suite had a gorgeous oceanfront view. We cannot wait to go back!
