Disappointed

It is a beautiful place with a lovely beach. The food we preferred was at the Italian Restaurant and the Coffee Shop. The staff was warm, polite and attentive. We had a good time but 3 out of 4 of us had terrible diarrhea. Still several days later it comes and goes. As a result I doubt we will go back. We have never had a problem with Hard Rock Hotels in Cancun or DR. Disappointed in this one.

The lifeguards were very attentive and helpful in answering questions. They kept a close watch on the beach and were able to direct us to appropriate staff when they didn’t know the correct answer to our questions.

All of the employees are absolutely amazing and friendly! The pool is a great mix of family friendly to fun pool party! Also great littles area

Danny - Freddie Murcury at zen went above and beyond! Made my birthday special and fun. Quick friendly and professional service. Food is great as well!

Reed was so fun as the activity leader!! Pools and beach access are great. The iguanas running around the property were so fun to watch. The service was wonderful and all the employees were so helpful. Food and drinks were hit or miss, but overall had a great trip!!!
