Staff was awesome, especially Jesus and Erik the bellmen. The room was mediocre, AC was not very cold. Shower leaked all over the floor, soaking it. David in the buffet was also great. Dinner reservation system is not good. Set an alarm for 8 AM every day to make our reservation and still was unable to get reservations for our entire party of 10 each night.
