    Stayed at Holiday Inn Montegobay for 14 days and had a wonderful time. The whole process was brilliant. Excellent customer service from reservationist Karen Williams. She made the whole reservation process quick and easy. She was friendly but professional. She took the time out to listen when I was explaining what kind of holiday I was looking for then thoroughly explained what child friendly deals they had to offer. Additionally, the receptionist Shanique Richards was brilliant when I was checking in . She was very friendly and understanding of my child’s condition and didn’t pushed to put his arm band on after I explained that he is autistic. The food was great especially the jerk pork also burgers at the barefoot bar. Staffs were nice and friendly. Only had one issue with the air condition which was sorted ASAP. I would recommend this hotel. It’s child friendly and nightly entertainment is excellent especially the live band. I will definitely stay at Holiday Inn again.

    It was a pleasure bumping into Ms. Winsome by the lobby, she took time to say hello and chit chat with our group, made us feel welcome and connected with someone important -just in case. This is kind of important when you're vacationing with seniors. We had a terrific stay. Thank you

    COST CUTTING TO THE EXTREME!! Expected a Holiday to Remember!! instead I got an Holiday to forget...

    My second visit hotel completely changed for the worst... GOING TO MAKE THIS REVIEW SHORT AND TO THE POINT Atmosphere 0 Food 1 shoddiness 10 Cleaning and Waiting staff require constant tipping Drinks watered down to excessive levels often wondered why the water had a bleach taste to it. found out when I went into the hotel shop to buy bottles of water. the equivalent to £5.50 for a bottle. will never go there again especially as the hotel management rip you off!! they could not be bothered to spray fog the mosquitoes in and around the hotel, they preferred to watch patrons who where covered in bites struggle with the bites and sores. Not much more to say about this hell hole it makes me angry so i'm trying to forget it.

    I am staying with friends in Montego Bay for the week, however, I had a massage at a service across the street from the Holiday Inn. I thought I would stop by and see about getting a room for the next night just to stay at a place on the beach. I had found a really good rate online. However, I travel for a living and know that hotels often prefer that you make a reservation through their own website. I asked at the front desk if they could give me the same rate, and they said no. That was fine. I asked if I could go to the restaurant to have lunch, and she said no. Only after I asked, did I learn that it is an all inclusive property. The employee didn’t even volunteer information as to why I couldn’t have lunch at the restaurant. I’ve stayed at other all-inclusive properties, that allow people to pay for their meals. It was not the case here. I asked if I could see the beach before making a reservation, and she said no, I could not go past the reservation desk. The woman at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly. If it’s company policy not to allow a guest to at least see the property, I think that policy should be revisited. I felt very unwelcome at this property and I booked my room at the Hilton.

    just back from a 14 night stay...we loved it, from day one we felt relaxed, welcome and very happy.our room 5402 was in a great spot nice and quiet and central for everything, we loved the jerk hut, chadisha (shorty) and joseph are an amazing team keeping everyone well hydrated, and serving the delicious chicken and pork , they are friendly and hard working and keep it so clean too.the port royal pub is brilliant with the lovely damion at the helm massive respect to him what a great guy.the main buffet is really good, food varied and tasty and our regular sever ojadio anderson went the extra mile every day to welcome us and bring anything we needed, he is a credit to the hotel.Big up also to the most amazing entertainment guy ever...garth, he is super cool and great at his job, love him!!we will return as soon as we can, also shout out to yola the tui rep who despite being very busy was wonderful and very professional, thanks to everyone there who was so nice to us xx
