The Westin Mission Hills Villas

Great resort right on a golf course. Besides the pool and some very nice walking paths, nothing else is open at the resort. However, the pool is a nice escape & was not overcrowded. We made reservations each day from 12:30-3:30pm. Occasionally, staff would ask guests around the pool to remember to wear their masks. If you are in the pool, you don’t have to wear a mask. The rooms are nice and clean. This resort should upgrade to Smart TVs & have Netflix, etc. on them so guests have more options to watch. All in all, this resort was very safe and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants close by that had patio dining available. Highly recommend. Steve Concialdi

The villas are nice and the grounds are immaculate. Plenty of room at the pools. But evidently no cares about the resort rules about no pets. There are a number of dogs on the grounds and none are of the ‘service’ variety. Called the front desk to ask about the policy. They admitted that there are no pets allowed and they even sent security out to clamp down on the culprits. Security walked around the pool right passed two dogs laying on the ground and continued on without saying a word. Blind or afraid of a confrontation. Anyway, watch where you walk.

Have been an owner of Starwood which is now Marriott bonvoy for 13 yrs... was extremely disappointed in the property, have stayed here about 3 times prior, was very run down and unkept. 2 bedroom villa with a lock off. Both villas were dirty hair on the floors, dirty dishes in the cabinet, mirrors smeared... don’t think I would recommend these villas. Also I Understand covid 19 is here but we could have used a midweek cleaning

First off, this is Covid time, so the little things may get fixed regularly later. Also, this place is great. Staff is terrific. If there is a problem they get to in immediately. Some maintenance issues need to be taken care of, and as I mentioned, they probably will be as things open up and finances improve. Our view this time is of the golf course. Love it, but even if you look over the inner courtard area, it is very pleasant. This room has great natural lighting. Most everything you need to cook is here. Hope the deck Bbqs stay. Pool reservations are wonderful at this time Not crowded and easy to use. Already have booked again for March, 2021, hoping things are even better. Covid procedures followed will here. Great place to isolate and still be on vacation.

I just got back from a three night stay and had to write my first review! It started with Brandon the Manager. I can’t say enough about him - I travel for business and stay at a lot of Marriott’s and he is excellent at his job. From him helping me with my reservation, the exceptional service continued throughout the stay! Along with the great service, the villa had all of the amenities, was really spacious and a gorgeous view of the golf course. Can’t wait for my next trip!
