Very clean! Personnel are constantly cleaning and I love it! Canadian guests mostly and they are very polite. Plenty of activities for kids and adults There’s a water park for little ones with activities Food is good! Snack bar really good and piña coladas are the best. The sports bar was my favorite! Everyone e was very polite. Hotel isn’t new but it’s not old either but did I say this before! It’s so clean! The beach is lovely. We did zip lining and monkey excursion and was lovely! Cayo levantado excursion was too long but the beach was beautiful ! I would come back and it’s so affordable!

The beach and the water are very nice, but a bit too cramped on the beach when it is fully occupied, the pool is only one and the other is very small. On the beach up to 8; 30 You can't leave your private belongings and go for a walk or to the water, because they take them and throw them into a common bag. The food is very good and there is a lot of choice. In the evening, there is usually not much to do, because the entertainment staff are completely disorganized. Rooms are a lottery and it depends on how you get there, you can have a normal one or one that should be renovated 10 years ago, if you want to change to normal, you pay 20 USD per person per day. In the room I lived in, there were holes in the ceiling through which insects entered.
